Reliable communications
Unified collaboration platform
Missed calls during power cuts
For over 20 years, D2 Creative has been crafting high-quality and engaging brand experiences through their impeccable design services.
An award-winning, full-service design studio, D2 Creative is a place where great ideas become impactful designs, and they’ve delivered on this by transforming brands through insightful design work across both digital and traditional media.
D2 Creative was using an ageing LG phone system that no longer had the support needed to handle the studio's creative output. A phone system that lacks resilience is at risk of failing, and that’s exactly what happened when a power cut left the LG system unable to receive any inbound calls at all…
With the impending ISDN switch-off by Openreach creeping up on the sideline, it was the perfect time to get D2 Creative set up with a brand-new phone system that not only kept communications consistently up and running but also unified their collaboration processes.
Now, should a power cut ever occur, D2 Creative can stay stress-free through the use of mobile apps and a host of UC tools.
Furthermore, through the additions of services like file and screen sharing, and presence indicators, collaboration between staff members can be swift and seamless. Additionally, the team can conveniently access all these features, and their corporate directory, via a web-based single interface called Collaboration.
Our expert team delivered a Wildix unified communications (UC) solution to D2 Creative; a robust and secure cloud-hosted phone system that’s incredibly easy to deploy. Combining voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools into one, with a user-friendly system accessible from any device, Wildix’s cloud-based flexibility ensures seamless communication no matter where the team are.
On top of this, when providing the team at D2 Creative with handsets, we also recommended that this solution be utilised as an app on PCs and mobile devices to provide even greater flexibility for the team.
